Pure Freedom Ministries Alaska (PFMA) is a training centre and network based in Anchorage, Alaska. Its mission is to educate, empower and connect worshippers, intercessors and leaders in prayer and intercession, liturgical dance, leadership and business, to fulfill their purpose and advance God’s kingdom in Alaska. We are also provide speaking, coaching, training, consulting services to individuals and faith-based organizations.
Pure Freedom Ministries International (PFMI) provides teleseminars, online training and consulting for international students and faith-based organizations.
Karen is the founding president of Pure Freedom Ministries Alaska (PFMA) and Pure Freedom Ministries International (PFMI). She is a multi-gifted communicator: an author, speaker, trainer, coach, sales expert, consultant and dance minister called to educate, equip and empower leaders inside and outside of the four walls of the church to fulfill their purpose and to partner with faith-based organizations to accomplish their missions. She has over 30 years of business, sales, communications and ministry experience.
She is also the art director for PFMA Worship Dance School based in Anchorage, Alaska, with a mission to teach everyday people how to worship and encounter God through dance at customized dance workshops.
Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida, and has earned numerous sales and ministry training credentials. The anointing on Karen’s life releases joy, healing and breakthrough to overcome adversities.

Her faith, focus, tenacity and energy are keys to her success. She has completed numerous sales and business training programs and trained many sales professionals and leaders. Karen’s sales experience spans from selling technology for Fortune 500 companies in business-to-business sales to operating her own successful direct selling business winning a car and diamond ring.
CONFERENCE SPEAKER & WORKSHOP FACILITATOR: Whether speaking to ministries or businesses, Karen is a dynamic communicator that will inspire you to overcome opposition and take action. She has been speaking since she was a five-year-old in the children and youth ministry of Piney Grove First Baptist Church in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She is gifted at communicating to diverse audiences from individuals to faith-based organizations, from businesses to churches, and from the board room to the classroom.
TEACHER/INSTRUCTOR: Karen served as a children’s teacher for 12 years in Anchorage, Alaska at local churches. She is a conference speaker and has trained and facilitated workshops for adults and children on various topics, from worship dance to prayer and leadership. She is also a coach and consultant that helps individuals, faith-based organizations and businesses achieve their strategic initiatives. Her topics of interest include, but are not limited, liturgical and prophetic dance, prayer and intercession, leadership, spiritual gifts activation, leadership, success motivation and sales.
MINISTRY LEADERSHIP: Karen served as the director and instructor of the two-year, global, online Eagles International Training Institute Intercessory Prayer Course from 2009-2019 with her team equipping, training and mobilizing intercessors to hit the bullseye through prayer. LITURGICAL DANCER/INSTRUCTOR: Karen has over 20 years of dance ministry experience and is a licensed dance minister. A former church dance ministry leader, Karen has operated Pure Freedom Ministries Alaska Worship Dance School since 2008. It is a local, non-denominational community dance school with a mission to teach and instruct everyday people to worship and encounter the Lord in the dance at customized dance workshops.
Anthony L. Gardner is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A retired Alaska Air Guardsman, Anthony was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He relocated his family to Anchorage, Alaska in 1987, upon receiving a military assignment at Elmendorf AFB. Anthony is the building operations manager at Hanshew Middle School and an entrepreneur. He specializes in facilities management, real estate investing, marketing and youth leadership training. Anthony is an avid sports enthusiast. He and Karen have four adult children and four wonderful grandchildren. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys a good game of basketball and relaxing in the steam room.
